If you need to return your Aero Ique frame, no worries! You have 30 days from the day you receive it to let us know. That means you can take your time to ensure it’s the right fit for your cycling adventures. Just remember, this window is crucial for us to help you get sorted out cleanly. So keep an eye on that date, and let’s keep your cycling path rolling.

How to Initiate

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at [email protected]. We’ll guide you through the process step by step. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return in your message. We want to ensure that everything goes smoothly, and having that information on hand helps us assist you faster. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions along the way!

What’s Returnable

We’d love for you to love your Aero Ique frame, but if it doesn’t work out, you can return it as long as it’s in its original condition. That means it hasn’t been used or altered in any way. Custom orders tailored to your specifications are a bit different, though. Once we’ve created your unique design, those frames aren’t eligible for return. We hope you understand that personal touch!

What’s Final Sale

Some items are considered final sale, and unfortunately, they can’t be returned. This includes any custom designs or special orders that are made just for you. We want to make sure you’re fully aware before you place your order. If you have any questions about what’s returnable, just drop us a line at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to clarify.

Refund Method & Timeline

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed in the same way you paid for your frame. Typically, you can expect to see your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account. We appreciate your patience while we handle this for you.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us right away at [email protected]. We want to make things right! We’ll ask for some details and possibly photos to understand the issue better. We’ll work swiftly to either replace the frame or issue a refund, whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is on you unless the item was defective or wrong. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure everything arrives safely back to us. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item if you don’t use a traceable method. It’s just a little extra peace of mind for both of us!

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible! If you find yourself needing a different size or design, simply initiate a return for the original frame and place a new order for the one you’d like instead. This way, we can make sure you receive exactly what you need for your rides. Just remember to reach out to us beforehand, so we can help you with the specifics.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Once a custom frame is in production, we can’t accept cancellations, but if your order is still in processing, we’ll do our best to assist you.
